Inbound Call Centre Agent

About the role

CareerSwift is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Inbound Call Centre Agent to join its fully remote team. You will be one of the first points of contact for users, handling incoming calls, answering questions, and helping resolve common issues while promoting a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer questions and provide accurate information and assistance.
• Help customers resolve common issues and guide them through basic processes.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate team.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Follow up on open customer requests when required.
• Share recurring customer questions or issues with the relevant internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Friendly, patient, and customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computers and online systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requests.
• Nice to have: previous experience in a call centre, customer service, help desk, or similar role.
• Experience using CRM or customer support platforms.
• Experience working remotely or supporting customers online.
• Interest in technology, AI‑powered products, or career development.
