Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. In this remote contractor position you will help train and evaluate AI chatbots, measuring their progress and improving their performance through detailed testing and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and assess the quality of their responses.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and adherence to brand voice.
• Identify logical gaps and provide actionable recommendations to enhance model performance.
• Document findings and track improvement metrics over time.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Strong research and fact‑checking abilities.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
