Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. In this remote contractor position you will help train and improve AI chatbots by measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems that affect model quality.
Key responsibilities
- Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
- Evaluate the correctness, relevance, and performance of AI‑generated responses.
- Identify gaps in model behavior and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
