Customer Service Representative (10:30 am – 7:00 pm EST Shift)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative provides high‑quality phone and email support to sales teams, internal partners, and external customers. Working a 10:30 am – 7:00 pm EST shift, the role is entry‑level but offers exposure to Stryker’s order‑management and complaint‑handling processes.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound requests via a multichannel system, including order entry, status verification, tracking, and return processing.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with Stryker specifications and follow standardized procedures for all orders.
• Interpret and explain detailed process information to internal partners and customers.
• Provide support beyond standard hours during month/quarter/year ends, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Process shipping complaints and log issues in the complaint system.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a positive, cooperative attitude in a fast‑changing environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant customer‑service or sales‑support experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Effective organizational abilities and attention to detail.
