Customer Service & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to support daily business activities. The role combines order processing, data management, and administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and accurately enter customer orders into the company’s Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Follow established procedures to ensure data quality and completeness.
• Review completed transactions and documentation for accuracy.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve missing information or discrepancies.
• Enter accounts payable information and assist with basic accounting tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and support day‑to‑day operational activities.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in data entry, customer service, administrative, operations, or accounting support (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow processes and handle large volumes of information accurately.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Professional demeanor and calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
