We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our Salt Lake City team, ensuring exceptional service across all customer touchpoints. You will combine strong leadership with a passion for customer satisfaction to drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives to meet performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor key metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and satisfaction scores.
- Handle escalated issues with empathy and decisive action.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development of staff.
Required profile
- 3+ years of professional experience in customer service.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Proven expertise in customer service operations and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and related customer service tools.
- Experience analyzing data to drive performance improvements.
- Knowledge of multi‑channel support (phone, email, chat, social media).
