Customer Service Agent - IDA

About the role

SkyWest Airlines is hiring Customer Service Agents in Idaho Falls, Idaho. You will provide front-line service to passengers, working a flexible schedule that includes split shifts during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. Part-time and full-time positions may be available.

Key responsibilities

• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, help customers who arrive without luggage and rebook passengers, all promptly and friendly
• Assist special-needs passengers and resolve customer complaints
• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews
• Calmly handle situations such as canceled and delayed flights
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid, unrestricted, state-issued driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Able to lift 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Flexible schedule; part-time and full-time positions may be available
