Customer Resolution Specialist

About the role

The Customer Resolution Specialist (CRS) joins the SATAIR team in Peachtree City, Georgia, supporting Airbus and competitor aircraft spare‑part customers across the Americas. The role focuses on end‑to‑end order processing, rapid response to inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a high‑performing Customer Resolution Services team.
• Proactively manage the customer‑specific open order book and monitor order health.
• Deliver quick, qualified responses to all customer requests and inquiries.
• Identify and resolve blockers for quotes and orders in line with established processes and KPIs.
• Coordinate with claims and ensure on‑time material delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Train and support customers on the SATAIR Market and Airbus Spares Portal e‑commerce platforms.
• Provide backup support for absent colleagues and attend team/department meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction metrics.
