Customer Relationship Manager

About the role

The Customer Relationship Manager will act as the primary bridge between sales representatives and the operations team, supporting existing accounts while driving new business opportunities. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development and Sales, you will combine inside and outside sales outreach with exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate customer quotes.
• Maintain and update customer and sales databases.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and conduct regular review calls.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Support existing accounts and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales or operations experience in a 3PL freight forwarding environment.
• Experience in ocean, air, ground, brokerage, or warehousing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is an asset.
• Knowledge of current air and ocean service offerings for transatlantic shipments to the US and Canada is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
