Customer Relationship Manager

About the role

The Customer Relationship Manager will act as the primary bridge between our sales representatives and the operations team. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development and Sales, you will support existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities through both inside and outside sales outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison between sales and operations.
• Support and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via inside and outside sales.
• Prepare accurate customer quotes and maintain updated databases.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Conduct regular customer review calls.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales or operations experience in a 3PL freight forwarding environment.
• Experience in ocean, air, ground, brokerage, or warehousing is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is an asset.
• Knowledge of current air and ocean service offerings for transatlantic shipments to the United States and Canada is an asset.
• Willingness to travel as required.
