Customer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Customer Marketing Manager will lead the development, management, and execution of marketing strategies and programs with Nintendo’s retail partners across the United States. This role works closely with sales leadership and retailers to create tailored marketing plans that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute national marketing programs and develop account‑specific initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and retailers to design in‑store POP materials, advertising, promotions, merchandising, retailer ads, and retail.com updates.
• Bridge internal business vision with each retailer’s strategic goals and brand messaging.
• Maintain and update retailer .com sites to ensure compliance with Nintendo brand guidelines.
• Partner with the Retail Marketing team and external agencies on artwork, merchandising, and media assets.
• Own the development and management of tradeshow strategy and tactics.
• Work with Retail Marketing Managers to launch campaign plans for designated retail accounts.
• Serve as a cross‑functional leader for all account‑specific programming and maintain strong marketing relationships with retailers.

Required profile

• Seven or more years of experience in retail or consumer marketing.
• Strong knowledge of retail marketing practices and consumer‑focused strategies.
• Dynamic presentation abilities, capable of influencing retailer executives.
• Ability to translate internal business objectives into retailer‑specific marketing plans.
