Customer Marketing Associate

About the role

Plaid is looking for a Customer Marketing Associate to own the day‑to‑day delivery of its customer marketing program. In this hands‑on role you will turn customer outcomes into compelling stories that support sales, account management, demand generation, and product marketing across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end case‑study process: identify candidates, develop narratives, manage approvals, and distribute assets.
• Maintain the customer logo library and reference database, ensuring all assets are current, permissioned, and well‑organized.
• Produce advocacy assets such as written stories, videos, and testimonials for reuse across campaigns, sales decks, events, and paid programs.
• Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to track new deals, milestones, and expansion opportunities worth spotlighting.
• Support late‑stage sales motions by surfacing the right case studies, references, and peer validation at the right moment.
• Identify customers ready for deeper advocacy based on expansion signals, NPS, and renewal timelines.
• Assist the Customer Marketing team with programs like the Customer Advisory Board and Customer Reference initiatives.
