Customer Loyalty Representative - Full Time

About the role

Avis Budget Group is hiring a full-time Customer Loyalty Representative at its airport locations in Lihue, Hawaii. The role supports frequent and premium customers in an active, outdoor setting, helping them get on their way quickly and confidently. The position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be done remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist frequent and premium customers at airport operations
• Process rentals for customers enrolled in loyalty programs
• Offer products and services that enhance the customer experience
• Provide attentive, professional service that builds trust and long-term loyalty
• Use communication and customer service skills to anticipate needs, answer questions and deliver a personalized experience

Required profile

• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Engaging, professional personality with strong verbal communication skills
• Customer-first mindset and enjoyment of working with people
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts
• Able to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• 6 months of retail, hospitality or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
