Customer Experience Specialist – Contact Center

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver high‑quality service to U.S. Bank customers via phone and email. You will help resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues and support fraud and internet operations while ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries, requests and problems.
- Research and resolve issues, including fraud support and internet‑related errors.
- Develop thorough knowledge of bank products, services, rates, fees, regulations and procedures.
- Act as liaison between customers and internal departments to address complex technical or service matters.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least nine months of contact‑center customer service training/experience and 18 months of overall customer service experience.
- Completion of specialized skill training.
Required skills
- Effective problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and use search tools.
- Strong time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
- Clear, articulate communication with a pleasant tone.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
