About the role
Join Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 luxury home builder, as a Customer Care Coordinator in Houston. You will help deliver quality homes by providing prompt warranty service and coordinating with homeowners, technicians, and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to warranty requests from homeowners.
- Dispatch service technicians and track the completion and quality of each service call.
- Generate and maintain service reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to manage billing and invoice processes.
- Oversee quality control and warranty service administration.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in fast‑paced residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction trades.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including telephone etiquette.
- Strong planning, organizational, and documentation skills.
