Customer Care Associate – French (Hybrid, Brisbane, CA)

About the role

The Customer Care Associate will provide reactive, French‑language support to a large portfolio of Odoo users. Working in a hybrid model (four days onsite, one day remote), you will help customers maximise their experience with Odoo’s ERP suite while developing deep product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of roughly 1,400–1,600 accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking inquiries.
• Respond quickly and accurately to administrative requests, guiding users through Odoo features and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolution.
• Meet performance metrics related to task completion and work ethic.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams and collaborate on solutions.
• Document insights and share educational resources to improve self‑service options.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong organisational abilities, reliability, and punctuality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with G‑Suite applications.
• Familiarity with standard customer support tools.
