Custodian – Evening Shift (Mon‑Fri, 4:30 pm‑1:00 am)

About the role

MAPFRE is looking for a dependable Custodian to keep its Webster, MA office clean, safe, and welcoming during the evening shift. This full‑time position runs Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and offers a stable environment for someone who takes pride in maintaining a professional workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Clean office spaces, common areas, and surfaces throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and recycling containers on a regular schedule.
• Sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure they remain stocked.
• Wipe down cafeteria tables, appliances, and shared equipment.
• Wet‑ and dry‑mop floors and hallways to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Assist with facility upkeep tasks such as snow removal and basic security‑related support.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions and cleaning‑product guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work well in a team.
