Cross Country Coach - Extra Help

About the role
The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking a part‑time Cross Country Coach to support both the men’s and women’s teams. This temporary, fixed‑term position provides hands‑on coaching, travel coordination, and on‑site support for cross‑country meets.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and mentor male and female cross‑country athletes.
- Plan and conduct daily training sessions.
- Organize travel logistics and accompany teams to regional and conference meets.
- Monitor athlete progress and maintain training records.
- Collaborate with the Athletic Director and compliance staff on scheduling and eligibility matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Passion for collegiate athletics and student development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during competition season.
Required skills

- Hourly compensation of $15.00.
