CRM Specialist – Early Career Salesforce Support

About the role

Sandvik Mining’s Commercial Contracts division is seeking an early‑career CRM Specialist to support Salesforce across the United States Sales Area. This hybrid position (three days onsite in Smyrna, GA) ensures the platform is leveraged for sales execution, customer management, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own Salesforce usage for the Sales Area, aligning it with sales processes, governance, and commercial objectives.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and refresher sessions to boost adoption, data quality, and process compliance.
• Enhance dashboards and reporting to provide accurate, actionable insights.
• Provide structured business support, resolve user questions, and identify recurring issues for improvement.
• Monitor adoption scorecards, pinpoint gaps, and coordinate follow‑up actions with sales leadership.
• Support NPS processes within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and visibility of follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate new customer creation requests and collaborate with Sales, Commercial Management, Finance, and Customer Master Data Management teams.
