Critical Care LPN – Home Care (NYC)

About the role

BAYADA is hiring experienced LPNs to provide high‑acuity, one‑on‑one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across all five New York City boroughs. The position offers flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules with 12‑hour day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑acuity tracheostomy and ventilator care to adult and pediatric clients in a home setting.
• Support new case openings, urgent call‑outs, and complex care needs.
• Precept and mentor newly hired nurses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate families and caregivers.

Required profile

• Active LPN license in New York State.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of tracheostomy/ventilator experience (home‑care preferred).
• Willingness to travel throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx.
