Crewmember – Full‑Time Landscape Technician

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Crewmember to perform a wide range of landscape maintenance tasks on client properties. The role involves operating equipment, applying chemicals safely, and ensuring projects are completed to high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as skid steer, excavator and backhoe.
- Perform lawn mowing, mulching, trimming, pruning, fertilization, weed control, tree and shrub planting, and flower installation.
- Store, mix, transport and apply chemicals in compliance with licensing and legal requirements.
- Follow installation plans with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
- Load and unload tools and supplies, maintain equipment, and keep work sites clean and organized.
- Report any safety, equipment or supply issues to supervisors.
- Assist in training new laborers and may transport crew members to sites.
Required profile
- Minimum 18 years of age with at least 2 years of landscape installation experience.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and follow site plans.
- Dependable, punctual, safety‑conscious and able to work independently.
- Effective communicator; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to attend training and adhere to company policies.
Required skills
- Skid steer, excavator and backhoe operation.
- Weed‑control chemical application.
- Landscape maintenance techniques (mowing, mulching, pruning, planting).
- State Technician/Applicator license (or equivalent).
- Driver’s license (preferred).
