Crew Scheduler - Full-Time

About the role

SkyWest Airlines, the largest independently owned regional airline, is hiring Crew Schedulers for a class starting 11/16/2026. Crew Schedulers work with pilots, flight attendants, dispatch and the airline's four partners to keep flights covered and on time. The position is based in St. George, Utah, and is not remote; candidates must live near or relocate to St. George by the start of class.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scheduling support to pilots and flight attendants
• Use several computer programs at once while handling phone calls and chats
• Monitor and ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
• Call crew members to notify them of schedule changes
• Work with other departments to resolve issues and keep operations safe, efficient and reliable

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication and exceptional customer service skills
• Desktop PC experience and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good listening and critical thinking skills
• Flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, early mornings, afternoons and graveyard shifts
• Commitment to a 12-month term; not a DOT safety-sensitive position
• No current or future need for employment sponsorship
