About the role

Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurants as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food to guests. You’ll work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment where every shift offers the chance to learn new stations and grow your career.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items at the grill, prep, salsa, and expo stations.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to take orders and process payments.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests, answering questions and handling special requests.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following food‑safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily inventory tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location.
