About the role

Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurants as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly dining experience. No prior experience is required – we provide training for every station, from grill and prep to cashier and expo.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food‑safety standards.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and provide accurate order taking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stations, dining area, and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn food preparation techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the location.
