Credit Risk Manager – Bilingual (French)

About the role

Fiserv is seeking a bilingual Credit Risk Manager to oversee a portfolio of high‑risk, high‑volume merchant accounts across multiple sectors. The role combines analytical rigor with stakeholder collaboration to protect the company’s bottom line while supporting growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of merchant accounts in travel, furniture, e‑commerce, membership and consumer discretionary segments for middle‑market and enterprise clients.
• Prepare and present senior‑leadership reports on liquidity, leverage, financial and processing performance, competitive landscape, emerging and regulatory risks.
• Design and implement risk‑mitigation strategies such as collateral actions, exit plans, and contract restructurings for problematic accounts.
• Coordinate with legal, relationship management, chargeback operations, and banking partners to drive timely actions that reduce credit losses.

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude, able to work independently or within a team and share knowledge.
• Organized, intuitive and analytical thinker capable of detailed credit and data analysis in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior management, banks, legal teams and merchants.
• Strong business judgment, strategic and creative thinking, negotiation and selling abilities.
• Proactive, timely, and solution‑oriented with solid teamwork skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $69,000 – $110,400 per year.
