Credentialing Coordinator – National Imaging Network

About the role

Scan.com is building a national imaging network that connects patients, providers, and payers to faster, higher‑value diagnostic imaging. We are seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to safeguard the integrity of our provider network as we scale rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end provider enrollment, ensuring every clinician is fully vetted and ready to treat patients.
• Serve as the primary power user for CAQH ProView, handling profile pulls, re‑attestations, and technical enrollment issues.
• Investigate sanctions alerts and NPDB queries, documenting and escalating adverse findings with precision.
• Partner with large provider groups to audit credentialing standards and maintain accurate rosters.
• Own the re‑credentialing calendar, coordinating with Account Management to prevent compliance lapses.
• Maintain boardroom‑ready audit documentation, keeping licenses, COIs, and accreditations up to date.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or managed‑care operations.
• Proficiency with CAQH ProView and familiarity with NPDB query processes.
• Strong compliance mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve ambiguous provider files independently.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, especially Sheets, in a technology‑first startup environment.
