Clinical Operations Specialist

About the role

Scan.com is building a national imaging network that connects patients, providers, and payers to faster, higher‑value diagnostic imaging. As a Clinical Operations Specialist you will ensure the accuracy and quality of patient and imaging data across our platform, supporting both internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Cross‑reference patient and customer data to verify that diagnostic imaging reports match scheduled appointments.
• Maintain 100% data accuracy and ensure high‑quality information is sent to clients.
• Communicate status updates to clients via email and occasional phone calls.
• Coordinate with radiology groups to prioritize reports, answer appointment‑related questions, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments, manage requests, and provide clear written updates.
• Handle sensitive data in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Understanding of radiology workflows and basic technical concepts.
