Creative Project Manager

About the role

Bumble's Creative Studio is expanding rapidly and seeks a Creative Project Manager to drive global creative initiatives. Based in the US, you will act as the bridge between the creative team and marketing stakeholders, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to delivery across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of creative projects, from brief intake to final delivery.
• Set up kick‑off calls, clarify deliverables, and build detailed work‑back plans with timelines and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews, and cross‑functional calls, preparing agendas and tracking actions.
• Field questions and feedback, routing them to the appropriate creative team members.
• Balance multiple simultaneous projects, maintaining structure and prioritisation.
• Collaborate with Creative Operations to flag capacity or timeline risks early.
• Maintain Asana as the single source of truth for all active projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in‑house.
• Strong understanding of creative project workflows and delivery processes.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with senior marketing stakeholders.
