Creative Project Manager – Integrated Marketing & CRM

About the role

RAPP Chicago is seeking a highly organized and strategically minded Creative Project Manager to lead integrated marketing and CRM campaigns. The role sits at the intersection of creative, data, and technology, ensuring that multi‑channel projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and marketing briefs into compelling creative strategies and actionable direction.
• Partner with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and production teams to ensure world‑class creative execution.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of campaigns across email, CRM, web, social, display, and direct‑mail channels.
• Oversee production workflows for assets such as concept designs, copy, motion graphics, and video.
• Manage creative resource allocation and drive quality‑assurance processes, including reviews, personalization testing, and compliance checks.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with internal talent, clients, and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing integrated marketing or CRM projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple channels simultaneously.
