Creative Project Manager – Creative Studio

About the role

Starbucks is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead and oversee complex, large‑scale creative initiatives within its Creative Studio. The role partners closely with both internal business teams and creative talent to ensure projects move from concept to delivery while aligning with brand standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic project plans based on briefs, goals, and stakeholder expectations.
• Guide business partners through the full creative process, from kickoff to final delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to understand objectives, establish trust, and facilitate clear communication.
• Manage projects using established project, program, and account‑management methodologies.
• Lead high‑performing, often globally distributed, cross‑functional teams to deliver complex enterprise projects.
• Identify connections across initiatives to inspire brand‑aligned creative solutions.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and communicate updates to all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ambiguous, large‑scale creative projects in agency or enterprise settings.
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills with the ability to influence and mentor team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment and adjust course as needed.
