About the role

IQVIA is seeking a CRA 2 with a minimum of 1.5 years of on-site oncology monitoring experience. The role covers site monitoring, recruitment tracking, study progress and documentation for clinical trials, with possible involvement in start-up and site financial management depending on the project.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out) in line with the contracted scope of work, GCP and ICH guidelines
• Work with sites to adapt, drive and track the subject recruitment plan to improve predictability
• Administer protocol and study training, keep regular contact with sites and escalate quality issues
• Track regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrollment, CRF completion and submission, and data query resolution; may support the start-up phase
• Ensure site documents are available for the Trial Master File and that the Investigator's Site File is maintained per GCP and local regulations
• Create and maintain documentation of site management, monitoring findings and action plans through visit reports, follow-up letters and other study documents
• Liaise with study team members; may support site recruitment plans and site financial management and invoice retrieval where applicable

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; a degree in a scientific discipline or health care is preferred
• 1.5 to 2 years of relevant CRA experience including on-site monitoring

• Stated annualized base pay range of $90,200 to $150,400, which may vary with qualifications, location and schedule
