Job description
About the role
Amentum is hiring a Course Facilitator (Level 2) to provide senior facilitation support for a virtual course delivery. - Troubleshoot student issues with virtual learning courses and advanced workflow problems (VM connection issues, new student or content issues)
- Coordinate escalations across technical teams and escalate platform or infrastructure changes to the responsible technical roles
- Perform quality control review of reporting inputs and metrics before submission, checking accuracy, trends and data anomalies
- Guide students on networking systems, operating systems and technical writing, and recommend improvements to automated feedback
- Maintain facilitator procedures and runbooks in editable, version-controlled formats
Required profile
- Master's degree in a related field (computer science, cyber engineering, information systems, IT, education/instructional technology, engineering) and 4 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 8 years, or high school diploma/GED and 10 years
- Preferred: experience as a certified T50 Exploiter Trainer in the last 2 years and 5 years of IO or EA experience
- TS/SCI security clearance preferred
- Relevant experience includes Level I work plus lead facilitator duties such as mentoring junior facilitators and coordinating defect resolution
