Corporate Tax Manager

About the role

The Corporate Tax Manager reports directly to the Corporate Controller and leads tax matters across the United States and Canada. This remote position supports a well‑organized finance function with internal resources, external consultants, and Big Four assistance as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.
• Develop and execute tax planning initiatives for U.S. and Canadian operations.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate tax audit activities and respond to inquiries.
• Support business transactions with tax due‑diligence and structuring.
• Advise senior leadership on complex tax issues and strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Significant corporate income tax experience, including U.S. and Canadian exposure.
• Hands‑on experience with ASC 740 tax provision work.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing principles and documentation.
• Experience in tax planning, research, and audit support.
• CPA designation preferred; CorpTax experience a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
