About the role

Join a leading national CPA firm as a Corporate Tax professional, supporting financial executives with a full spectrum of tax services. You will work on complex provision processes, compliance, audit defense, and strategic tax planning for transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general corporate tax consulting and tax return preparation.
• Assist with tax provision work, including carve‑outs and post‑merger integration.
• Conduct research and transaction‑specific tax analysis.
• Develop tax structuring solutions and support IPO readiness.
• Handle audit defense, controversy matters, and IRS/state audit issues.
• Support international taxation and cross‑border tax projects.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification or progress toward certification.
• Minimum four years of technical or strategic tax experience at a Big 4 or large CPA firm.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables).
• Proficiency with tax software such as OneSource.
• Experience using CorpTax.
