Corporate & Securities Associate – Public Company Advisors

About the role

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level Corporate & Securities Associate to join its Public Company Advisors Team. The associate will work collaboratively across multiple offices, supporting public company clients on a range of transactional and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with equity and debt offerings under the Securities Act of 1933.
• Handle Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters, including proxy statements and Section 16 reporting.
• Prepare and review periodic reports such as Forms 8‑K, 10‑K, and 10‑Q.
• Collaborate with multi‑office teams to deliver comprehensive corporate and securities advice.

Required profile

• At least four years of corporate & securities experience at a large regional or national law firm.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain a license promptly.
