Corporate Recruiter (Contract)

About the role

Chipotle is seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter to support its Restaurant Support Centers. In this role you will act as a trusted talent partner, helping hiring managers build high‑performing teams that drive the business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions, from intake through offer.
• Proactively source candidates using diverse tools, platforms, and creative methods to build pipelines.
• Conduct initial screens, assess skills, leadership behaviors, and cultural contribution.
• Manage interview logistics, facilitate feedback, and guide hiring teams to timely decisions.
• Use data and insights to monitor progress, identify gaps, and continuously improve recruiting processes.
• Support talent programs such as internships and university partnerships.
• Leverage recruiting technology (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools) to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or staffing‑firm environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with the capacity to turn insights into action.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience.
