About the role

The Cash Management Product Manager – Vice President will lead the strategy, development and delivery of cash management solutions across payments, receivables, channels and liquidity for Santander. This senior position drives revenue growth, profitability and client value while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of product initiatives, from prioritisation and requirements definition to implementation and post‑launch performance.
• Manage product performance metrics such as revenue, profitability, client adoption and utilisation.
• Identify new revenue opportunities through product enhancements, pricing strategies and value‑added capabilities.
• Maintain product documentation, policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Govern product risk, partnering with Risk and Compliance to implement controls and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Legal and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, well‑controlled solutions.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform positioning and strategic direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within payments, cash management or corporate banking.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product revenue, profitability and client adoption.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
