Corporate HR Generalist

About the role

The Corporate HR Generalist will support a wide range of human‑resources functions for Alsco Uniforms’ corporate and branch teams. Reporting to the Corporate HR Business Partner, you will ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and HR system administration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to corporate employees and branch HR teams.
• Manage leave of absence programs, including FMLA and other protected leaves, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct HR compliance audits and maintain accurate employee records.
• Facilitate new‑hire onboarding and orientation for corporate staff.
• Train managers and HR users on HRIS functionality and best practices.
• Develop and standardize HR processes to improve efficiency across locations.
• Interpret and communicate company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Prepare HR reports, track metrics, and support data analysis for HR leadership.
• Partner with payroll, benefits, and corporate HR to ensure accurate administration.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• General knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, employee records management, and employment compliance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG Pro or similar systems.
