Corporate Counsel (Remote – NY Bar Required)

About the role

We are partnering with a global medical technology company to hire a Corporate Counsel on a full‑time remote contract basis. The role starts in August 2026 and will initially run for 3–6 months, with strong potential for extension or a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and redline commercial agreements such as NDAs, SaaS contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, and service contracts.
• Provide support for corporate governance and entity management matters.
• Assist with internal process improvements and policy development.
• Support M&A, financing and other strategic transactions as needed.

Required profile

• Active New York Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum three years of experience handling commercial contracts and corporate transactional matters in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
