Corporate Controller – Manufacturing Finance Leader

About the role

This high‑impact position reports directly to the CFO of a fast‑growing, private‑equity‑backed manufacturing company. You will lead the accounting function, enhance financial visibility, and drive process and system improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and month‑end close activities.
• Manage cost accounting and provide margin visibility.
• Maintain internal controls, ensure audit readiness, and uphold compliance standards.
• Direct cash‑flow and working‑capital management.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system optimizations.
• Lead accounting integration for recent acquisitions and support future M&A initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or product‑based environments.
• Strong technical accounting and cost accounting background.
• Proven experience leading teams and improving accounting processes.
• Audit experience is a plus.
• Exposure to M&A integration is a plus.
