About the role

Penn Color is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the financial integrity of its U.S. operations and drive the global financial consolidation. This senior leadership position combines hands‑on accounting expertise with strategic oversight, ensuring accurate reporting, cash management, and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the domestic accounting team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical upskilling.
• Manage the financial close calendar to deliver timely, reliable performance intelligence to stakeholders.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end global consolidation process, coordinating with regional controllers for a unified financial view.
• Oversee day‑to‑day cash management for the U.S. entity, monitoring liquidity in real time.
• Lead the annual U.S. financial audit, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. tax regulations and related reporting requirements.
