Corporate Communications Trainee (NYC)

About the role

The Corporate Communications Trainee will join LVMH North America’s Communications team in New York City, working on internal communication platforms, CSR initiatives and employer‑branding content. The role is part‑time (30 hours/week) from June 2026 through December 2027 and requires on‑site presence at least three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating content for the VONA intranet, including articles, community posts, presentations and infographics.
• Support the weekly newsletter and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with employer‑branding and CSR road‑maps.
• Provide technical assistance for VONA users, coordinate with IT teams in New York and Paris, and train community managers.
• Monitor intranet traffic using analytics tools, generate insights and recommend improvements.
• Liaise with internal partners, agencies, consultants and volunteers, ensuring professional and diplomatic communication across the matrixed organization.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a strong interest in digital communications and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to craft clear internal messages.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of a large, matrixed company.
• Attention to detail, professionalism and sensitivity when dealing with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with intranet content‑management platforms and digital analytics tools.
