Corporate Attorney – Technology Contracts (Ewing, NJ)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join a service‑oriented organization in Ewing, New Jersey. The position starts as a contract role with the possibility of becoming permanent, focusing on technology‑related commercial agreements and a variety of business contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate technology‑focused commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts.
• Prepare and revise contract language, redlines, and supporting terms for diverse business transactions.
• Advise internal partners on key account agreements and align contract terms with operational objectives.
• Manage legal documentation for live events, education, and training initiatives.
• Utilize electronic signature platforms and contract administration tools to route, execute, and track agreements.
• Respond quickly and accurately to contract requests with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a corporate counsel or comparable in‑house legal role.
• Active bar admission; New Jersey licensure preferred (candidates licensed in Pennsylvania or New York also considered).
• Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and redline complex commercial contracts, especially technology agreements.
• Comfort working with electronic signature systems and legal technology for workflow management.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ewing at least two days per week.
