Core Sales Representative – Personal Safety Division

About the role

The Core Sales Representative will cover Northern California and Reno, Nevada, promoting the full Personal Safety Division product portfolio. This remote position requires building and managing relationships with end‑users and distributors while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned territory, develop tactics, and meet quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Represent PSD products (respiratory, hearing, eye protection, fall protection, clothing, welding, head & face) to customers and distributors.
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and sales support; report market conditions and competitive activity.
• Plan and allocate time and resources efficiently, adhering to budget guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma with eight years of safety/industrial sales experience).
• Current, valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 40% domestically.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proven industrial sales experience, especially in safety or PPE.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and territory‑management abilities.
• Competence with PC software and online sales‑support systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
