Copy Supervisor – Healthcare Advertising

About the role

Real Chemistry’s 21GRAMS agency is seeking a Copy Supervisor to lead the development of compelling copy for healthcare and pharma client communications. In this hybrid position you will work closely with art directors, designers and developers to translate complex scientific information into clear, memorable messages across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write headlines and body copy for websites, interactive visual aids, videos, banners, landing pages and email campaigns for HCP audiences.
• Transform scientific data into engaging, brand‑aligned messaging that supports client objectives.
• Champion creative thinking and help shape campaign strategy and brand personality.
• Prepare copy for client approval, ensuring compliance with AMA style and proper annotation.
• Collaborate from concept through digital deployment with Art Directors, Designers and Developers.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of healthcare brands, their benefits and competitive differentiation.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to generate creative ideas and concepts.
• Strong command of scientific language and ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience working on HCP‑focused campaigns in a healthcare advertising environment.
