About the role
Join a growing community of AI professionals as a Copilot Studio AI Trainer. In this remote, part‑time consulting role you will analyze AI‑generated conversational flows, provide feedback, and help improve large language model performance to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate conversational AI outputs and flow logic within Copilot Studio.
- Identify breakdowns in reasoning, intent handling, or task flow.
- Improve responses for clarity, accuracy, and usability.
- Label failure modes in AI interactions.
- Provide structured evaluations and annotations following defined rubrics.
Required profile
- Experience with Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of dialogue design and user interaction flows.
- Background in chatbot design, automation, or AI systems.
- Ability to apply structured evaluation frameworks.
