Coordinator, Curriculum and Academic Systems

About the role

The State of Georgia seeks a Coordinator to lead curriculum and academic systems processes. You will ensure smooth coordination of curriculum actions, manage academic information systems, and support accreditation readiness across the institution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate curriculum proposals from initiation through implementation.
• Manage Curriculum Committee activities and track internal and external approvals.
• Maintain academic credential records and oversee catalog management.
• Synchronize academic systems and student‑facing resources throughout the credential lifecycle.
• Support accreditation readiness and institutional data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) and at least 2 years of experience in higher‑education administration, academic affairs, or curriculum management.
• Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional projects and manage complex processes with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Banner, Degree Works, CourseLeaf, Ad Astra.
• Familiarity with academic catalogs and accreditation processes.
• Knowledge of institutional data systems.
