About the role

The Antidoping Test Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and operational follow‑up of doping control activities within the AmPC programmes and events. Working under the Head of Antidoping and Safeguarding, the role contributes to the development and execution of the annual Test Distribution Plan and related event‑specific plans.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing the annual Test Distribution Plan (TDP) and specific event plans.
• Plan in‑competition and out‑of‑competition controls in line with AmPC strategic priorities.
• Liaise with authorities, local organizing committees and sample‑collection agencies on sample types, kits, logistics and accredited WADA laboratories.
• Monitor schedules, test distribution and technical requirements of control programmes.
• Support data monitoring and operational adjustments based on risk assessments.
• Provide technical and administrative support for antidoping and safeguarding education initiatives targeting athletes, support staff and sports organisations.
• Organise educational materials, workshops, virtual sessions and institutional communications.
• Assist in safeguarding procedures following established protocols.
• Support preliminary result‑management steps, including document review and administrative coordination.
• Prepare technical and operational reports on testing, education and safeguarding activities.
• Participate in technical meetings, operational visits and event‑related activities as required.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field; postgraduate studies are a plus.
• Previous experience in antidoping, sports integrity, international sporting events or related regulatory environments is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of the World Anti‑Doping Code and applicable International Standards.
• Familiarity with the doping regulatory environment and control processes.
• Proficiency with the ADAMS platform for registrations, test planning, Therapeutic Use Exemptions, documentation and result flows.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills, reliability and attention to detail.
