About the role

Triple Creek Ranch is seeking a dedicated Cook to join its kitchen team in Darby. You will work closely with the executive chef and front‑of‑house staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience that reflects the ranch’s Montana‑style hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Create a positive, energetic kitchen environment while upholding TCR and Relais & Châteaux standards.
• Communicate daily with culinary team, dining managers, and the sommelier about special requests, menu changes, and dietary needs.
• Assist the executive chef with recipe development, menu planning, dish presentation, and special events.
• Read and act on guest dietary requests, modify recipes as needed, and ensure precise plate presentation.
• Maintain strict sanitation, cleanliness, and proper uniform standards in the kitchen.
• Handle food safely, store items correctly, and keep equipment and back‑dock areas organized.
• Perform other duties such as receiving and stocking supplies as assigned.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience.
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and navigate stairs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse guests and staff.
• Flexibility to work varied day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
