Controller – Non‑Profit Organization

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Controller to join a well‑known non‑profit organization. The role focuses on overseeing the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the organization’s mission through sound fiscal stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting, month‑end close, and financial reporting processes.
• Oversee grant and donation accounting to ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Participate in budgeting cycles and assist with the annual audit.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• CPA certification strongly desired.
• Prior experience in a non‑profit environment is preferred.
